On the first day of school, the school door was not open and no matter how many times I called and knocked, no one answered and I had to wait for almost 2 hours. Please be more firm.

I was told on the first day that I would be offered different class times and activities than what I had signed up for and that really didn't make sense to me, and it is rude. I hope you do not do that again.

I couldn't improve my English skills at all. Since there were students of various English levels in one class, there were few opportunities to speak with students of the same or higher levels as me so I could not learn advanced English. I wish you would increase the number of classes and make them more suitable for each student's English level.

And while those who came to study abroad in groups were informed in advance of activity plans, nothing was shared with students like me who came to study abroad alone. That was detrimental to my planning with my host, so I would like everyone to share information equally.
