GoEast Kids Chinese Winter Camp in Shanghai

GoEast Kids Chinese Winter Camp is an immersive Mandarin learning program in Shanghai designed for children and teenagers aged 8–17. Combining structured Chinese lessons with hands-on cultural activities and real-life language practice, the camp helps students improve their Mandarin skills, build speaking confidence, make new friends, and experience Chinese culture beyond the classroom.

Students are placed in small groups of up to eight, based on their age and Chinese proficiency. We welcome complete beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced students, with classes tailored to different learning levels.

The camp offers two program options:

- Half-Day Academic Chinese Booster: A focused Mandarin learning program running Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, available for two or four weeks. It is ideal for students who want to strengthen their Chinese language skills through structured lessons.
- Full-Day Chinese Cultural Adventure:** A two-week program running Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In addition to morning Chinese lessons, students participate in afternoon cultural activities and local excursions. Activities may include Chinese calligraphy, ink painting, traditional food making, kung fu, and visits to local cultural attractions.

The camp is best suited for international families visiting Shanghai during the school holidays, expatriate families living in Shanghai, and students who want to improve their Mandarin through an engaging, practical, and culturally rich experience. No prior Chinese knowledge is required.

This is a day camp held at GoEast's Zhongshan Park campus in Shanghai. Accommodation is not included, and students return to their families or local guardians at the end of each day.
