The friLeadership Camp in Braunwald, offers teenagers aged 12–17 an inspiring opportunity to develop leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking and self-confidence while enjoying an unforgettable experience in the Swiss Alps. The programme is conducted entirely in English and combines interactive workshops, team challenges, outdoor adventures and creative activities. Participants explore how to turn ideas into projects, communicate effectively and work collaboratively, while building the confidence to step outside their comfort zone. A B1/B2 level of English is required to participate fully in the programme.

The camp focuses on three core areas: entrepreneurship, self-confidence and leadership. Through the Shark Tank challenge, participants develop business ideas, work in teams and present their projects in a final pitch. The Unconference and Talent Show encourage public speaking, creativity, collaboration and self-expression, while storytelling workshops help participants communicate ideas in an engaging and memorable way. Outdoor experiences, including survival training and mountain hikes, promote resilience, independence and adaptability. Regular feedback sessions also help participants reflect on their progress and recognise their individual strengths.

The camp takes place at the Adrenalin Backpackers in Braunwald, a picturesque, car-free mountain village in Switzerland’s Glarus Alps. Accommodation is available in shared rooms with four to six beds, with shared or private bathrooms, as well as double rooms with private bathrooms. Full-board meals are included, together with all leadership workshops, outdoor adventures and planned activities. The programme also features excursions, group games, campfires, discos and other evening activities, creating opportunities to build friendships and strengthen team spirit. Participants can attend for one or two weeks and receive a certificate of participation recognising their achievements and personal development.
